Patrick G. Barugahare (Senior Partner) is the founder of the Firm. He holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from Monash University, Australia and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B Hons, Upper Second Class) from Makerere University Law School. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Dip.LP) from the Law Development Centre, Kampala, Uganda. Patrick is a senior legal practitioner with combined legal practice experience in both Australia and Uganda of over twenty (20) years. He has undertaken many legal and regulatory framework studies in Uganda for government and non-government development agencies. Patrick also has extensive experience in private legal practice and manages all the commercial law and legal consulting work of the Firm. Patrick is highly committed to ensuring all clients are provided with high quality, individually tailored and confidential legal advice. He works closely with clients, advising and helping them achieve their desired outcomes. Patrick is a Commissioner of Oaths and a Notary Public.
